The Sub-Fund is a sub-fund of the E Fund SICAV (the “Fund”), which is a UCITS organised as a Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable (SICAV) under the law of Luxembourg and authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the “CSSF”).
